The base board is marked with scale feet and metres, actual inches and mm and
a grid pattern of 1 scale ft in each of the scales. Scales available are O (1/4"
and 7mm), S, 4mm, HO and N. Other scales are available by request.
Model Mate includes the base board, 4 fingers (2 flat ended, 2 corner), 4 feet,
thumbscrews and washers. The photo above shows a Model Mate in use using an acrylic fence and a
surface protector mat both of which are available as accessories. The photo below shows the

These combine a track alignment jig with a layout template!
Each of the templates are designed to clip together end to end to enable more complex curves to be produced and to use them as a track template guide.
They are designed to enable the track to be pinned into position and the Aligner removed leaving the track in position.

We have managed to purchase a large number of C+L Wheels (made by Alan Gibson) at a bulk price. This means that they can be made available at a special price of $5 (normally $6.60) a pair of axles.
Brunel Models provide a custom laser cutting service in acrylic, styrene, wood and card. The coach above is a Puffing Billy NBB coach in 1/4"/ft constructed from laser cut marine ply and some styrene components with a 0.4mm marine ply roof. This coach body is available in kit form for $66.
