It can be used for UK modern image layouts. In P87 it equates to 100 - 119lb RA and RE rail and is also suitable for 7mm narrow gauge layouts.

The switch blades and crossing vee sets are an economical alternative to the finished switch blades and crossing vees. The vees and switches are milled to shape, leaving you to carry out the final honing and polishing with 'wet and dry' paper and a track rubber.
